Specialising in the retail banking and technology domain, EPS is a payment system company founded in 2011. The company provides ATM operations and payment services across rural India. With over 4200 ATMs in urban and rural locations, EPS has built a firm reputation while establishing affordable banking and transaction solutions to a wide audience.

Maintaining a strong sense of social responsibility, EPS has contributed to improving the sustainable livelihoods of communities at the bottom of the pyramid by partnering with local healthcare providers and NGOs. The company partnered with regional organisations that assisted with rescue operations in the aftermath of cyclone Phailin in 2013.

EPS was the first non micro-finance business model that Goodwell invested in. From the Goodwell perspective, EPS accelerates financial inclusion with its rural distribution points. For that reason, EPS received Goodwell investment capital and industry guidance at its start up phase.
