Innovative Microfinance is a licensed micro-finance institution by the Bank of Ghana since 2008. They aim at effectively narrowing the gap between the surplus and the deficit unit side of the Ghanian economy, especially women and the lower end go the market.
Along with its well crafted products and services, they aim to meet their targeted markets’ needs anywhere and at anytime. IML follows the highly efficient micro-finance model of ASA Bangladesh, which is widely considered the most successful micro-finance institution in the world. IML aims to be the leading player in the rural poor areas in Northern Ghana were many people each the most basic financial services. Goodwell stepped into IML at the end of 2016.
