Amasja Tromp is Director of People, Culture and Networks (PCN) at Goodwell Investments.
At Goodwell, Amasja is responsible for shaping the human resources function and contributing to making the company a better place to work. As Director of PCN, her role also includes building the foundations for our next stage of growth and being responsible for organizational development.
Amasja supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. While rolling out our growth ambitions for the next 10 years, we believe that talent development will be the key success factor.
Prior to Goodwell, Amasja was responsible for the human resources department of a market leader in pharmaceutical wholesale and retail, for over 20 years, and led the function as Director of HR for 10 years.
Amasja holds a Bachelor of Human Resources and a degree in Management at the Nyenrode Business University.
